"The Golfer and Their Spine" is an approved CE course for 12 hours.
In Tennessee, this course is approved for 12 hours of continuing education for the Tennessee Chiropractic Association (Tennessee locations only at this time). Each course has an individual approval number registered with the TCA. All approved courses by the TCA are automatically approved for credit by the Tennessee Chiropractic Licensing Board.
Courses outside of Tennessee are approved by PACE through a partnership with Logan College of Chiropractic.
Approval for states outside of the state where the course is being held may be requested. Submit this request to Dr. Jake at golfspinece@gmail.com.
An information packet will be provided for you to take notes during the lecture sessions.
We recommend a good pen and comfortable clothes, allowing for good movement, during the morning session.
Proper golf attire is required during play. No jeans, cutoff shorts/shirts or t-shirts.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. The proshop will have additional snacks and drinks for purchase throughout the day.
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. No sign-ups at the door.
Cancellation Fee: Your registration may be freely transferred to another person or to a future seminar without any cancellation fee; however, the registration fee will be forfeited if not used or refunded within one year of the original program. If a refund is requested, the cancellation fee is $25 per registrant per event (allow 2-3 weeks after event for refunds). Refunds are also subject to transaction fees. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust program dates, times, speakers, or locations if the need arises.
All events are rain or shine. If weather prevents completion of round of golf, vouchers will be given at the participating course's descretion.
Dr. Doster will not be responsible for registrants' expenses should any program changes occur. All classes announced will be held unless 14-days prior registration indicates insufficient numbers to hold an event in which case those registered will be notified by phone or email. Canceled/Postponed or Rescheduled events will result in credit for a future seminar.
